MyTube — Onnorokom Innovation

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MyTube application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Service Description

MyTube is a mobile application operated by Onnorokom Innovation that provides a curated video viewing experience. The App aggregates video content from YouTube through the YouTube Data API and presents it within a controlled environment.

Key features of the App include:

• Curated video feeds from approved channels and content.
• Video search within the approved content library.
• Multiple user profiles per device.
• Content recommendations based on viewing preferences.
• Ability to like, comment on, and subscribe to channels.

3. User Accounts and Profiles

3.1 Device-Based Access

MyTube uses device-based authentication. Access to the App is tied to your device's unique identifier. No email address, phone number, or password is required.

3.2 Profiles

The App supports multiple profiles per device. The device owner is responsible for managing all profiles on their device, including creating, modifying, and deleting profiles.

3.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under profiles on your device. You agree to supervise and monitor the use of the App on your device.

4. Acceptable Use

When using MyTube, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or servers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or infrastructure.
• Post comments that are abusive, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.

5. Content

5.1 Video Content

All video content available through MyTube is sourced from YouTube via the YouTube Data API. Onnorokom Innovation does not own, create, or host the video content displayed in the App. All video content remains the property of its respective creators and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

5.2 Content Curation

We curate the content available in the App by selecting approved channels and videos. While we strive to maintain a high-quality content library, we do not guarantee that all content will meet every user's expectations or standards.

5.3 User-Generated Content

Comments and other interactions made within the App are the responsibility of the user who posts them. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The MyTube application, including its design, logos, interface, and underlying software, is the intellectual property of Onnorokom Innovation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

MyTube relies on the YouTube Data API to deliver video content. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by:

We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

8.3 Content Accuracy

While we take care in curating content, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any video content available through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onnorokom Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content.
• Unauthorized access to your device or profiles.
• Any third-party content accessed through the App.
• Service interruptions or downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, your device identifier may be retained for a reasonable period for platform integrity purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
